About the Studio

1. Cancellation Policy: For a full refund you MUST give a 48 hour notice. Cancellations with less than a 48 hours notice will not be refunded but may be moved to another appointment time that is available. 

2. Upon Entry: Please sign liability waivers that will be on the table by the door. Each renter and their client/guest must sign a waiver. Failure to do so will result in permanent ban. 

3. Booking: Please double check that you have booked the correct time. We kindly ask that you respect our time and the time of others by staying within the time you have already paid for. This time should include set up, break down and clean up. Additional overages will be billed. If you find yourself needing to rent additional time, Please contact us. If time is not available, you will be asked to leave. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. No prior drop-off and/or pick-up after completion of the shoot, of equipment, props, etc. unless negotiated at the time of rental contract. Additional fees may apply

4. SECURITY

: For your safety, and ours, we have 24/7 surveillance that is recording at all times and may monitor all activities in the space at any given time. Should we see that rules are not being followed- you will be asked to leave immediately with NO refund or reschedule. 

5. CLEANING & TRASH
Renter agrees to leave the Premises and all contents and fixtures in the same condition as they were when Renter arrived. The company will dispose of trash collected in the supplied trash cans. Renter must discard larger items. Disposal of large amounts of garbage due to large sets may also accrue additional costs. Cleaning products are provided for you in the bathroom. NO Smoking, Open flames, Drugs, Alcohol are permitted on premises. All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval from company representative. A $25 cleaning fee may apply.

All items brought to the Premises by Renter are to be removed by Renter. Items left after 7 days will be assumed abandoned and may be discarded or kept by the Company for Company use, with no compensation due to the renter, at the discretion of the Company.

All props and furniture must be returned to their original placement upon entering. Leave the space how you found it.

6. Damages

Nails, staples, tape and tacks are prohibited. However, 3M command strips and painter's tape may be used. Any damages not limited to equipment, furniture, walls, windows, floors, etc. These damages also include spills, scratches, marks or stains. Damages will be charged based off of the current market value to repair or replace damages. You're also agreeing to file damages under your own insurance policy if damages exceed $500. If the space is not in the same condition as it was when you arrived at the end of your rental time, renter agrees to pay a minimum cleaning fee of $100 per hour, and the cost to repair and replace any damages caused by renter and/or their client/group. Please LIFT, DO NOT DRAG/PULL any furniture. The floors scratch easily. Please have someone help you to move heavy items and make sure to put the furniture back into the proper location at the end of your session.

Please keep cake smash photos away from fabric furniture. 


7. WAIVER OF LIABILITY
The use of the Eliora Studio’s Premises and equipment is at Renter’s risk. Renter hereby agrees that Company will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage, injury or loss to Renter, his party, or possessions while on the Premises.

All persons and activity on Company's Premises may be video recorded for security usage.
Renter holds harmless and indemnifies Company and its owners, agents, representatives, associates, officers, employees, guests, and tenants against any suit, claim, loss, accident, judgment, fine, injury, or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. This indemnification shall continue in full force and effect during and after the term of the rental for such causes arising during the term of the rental.

8. CONDUCT
Renter shall be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on Eliora Studio’s Premises. Renter agrees that a Company representative may, at Company’s sole discretion, be present at all times. If the representative observes or otherwise becomes aware of dangerous, pornographic, illegal, or negligent practices or activities, the representative reserves the right to stop the shoot and may require Renter and Renter’s party to leave immediately. In such case, no refund will be given for unused time. However, Eliora Studio and its representatives assume no responsibility to act in such cases.

9. ACTS OF GOD

Eliora Studio is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the rental such as building equipment failures, power outages, weather, acts of God or emergencies. In such cases any offer to refund the reservation will be at the full discretion of The Loft Studio.

10. LIMITATIONS

Explicit sexual activity and nudity is strictly prohibited. Tasteful boudoir photography is permitted but please keep in mind, The Photo Space has very large windows and located in a shared commercial buildings with other tenants.

11. SUBLEASE : Renters may not sublease The Photo Space to any third party.

12. DEPARTURE: Please return all props and furniture to their home, check all doors and verify they are locked, grab your trash, turn off all lights and make sure the door you exit from locks behind you.
